Freedom of Information (FOI)
Healthcare Transformation Services International Ltd is committed to transparency and aims to operate in accordance with the principles of openness and accountability.
Because we are not currently commissioned directly as an NHS organisation, we are not formally designated as a public authority under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. However, we will always endeavour to respond helpfully and constructively to any reasonable request for information.
What Information Can We Provide?
We will provide information where:
- It does not breach confidentiality obligations
- It does not compromise commercial sensitivity
- It does not breach data protection regulations
- It is lawful and reasonable to share
Response Times
We aim to acknowledge all FOI-style enquiries within 5 working days and respond within 20 working days wherever possible.
Internal Review Process
If you are dissatisfied with a response, you can request an internal review by writing directly to the Managing Director.
Data Protection
Requests involving personal data may fall under Data Protection legislation rather than FOI – in such cases we will advise you of the correct route.
